MUSIC DURING LENT

Lent begins this week.  Our worship style moves a bit toward the austere and we provide time and space for silence and reflection.  During this season is also found some beautiful music.  Most of the  9 and 11 am preludes during the next six weeks will be instrumental.  The choral music represents some of the loveliest and the best for adult and children's voices by composers such as Byrd, Palestrina, Victoria, Bairstow, Rutter, Archer and others.
